Description
This burial vessel set is used for very tiny babies miscarried early in the pregnancy and includes both the vessel and our burgundy satin drawstring pouch. It is sized for miscarried babies up to the gestational age of 11 weeks. Often used by hospitals, it is made of high impact styrene that can serve as both a casket and burial vault. The vessel is 6" x 3.25" x 2.5".
**Please note, the shape of the vessel has changed. The manufacturer no longer makes the former style. It still holds the remains of gestational age of 11 weeks.**

Must have for anyone who works with women
I am a doula and a student midwife. I am also a bereaved mother who teaches other birth professionals about serving women who experience miscarriage. This is a lovely burial vessel to have on hand in the event of a miscarriage. It is high quality and offers the baby dignity and the family comfort that they could do SOMETHING for their little one. Excellent item.
