Description
This comfort pack contains rice and supplies moist heat for up to an hour when warmed in the microwave. Designed and especially recommended for young women just entering the age of menstruation, it makes a perfectly comforting gift. This heat pack can also be used for relief from general aches and pains and sore muscles and even makes a great warmer-upper for cold feet!
The insert can be removed so the outer shell can be washed whenever desired.
