This Hearts of Hope manual shares Life's Connection's loving and caring approach on how to respect, bury, and remember the little ones that have passed away through miscarriage or stillbirth and how to care for and support mothers, fathers and/or siblings who had to say goodbye way too early and have entered the journey of loss, healing, and hope. It also shows how churches, organizations and dioceses can implement the Hearts of Hope Program, and how to help parents along the journey. After all, honoring and celebrating life from the moment of conception will one day change the entire world!
