Understanding Me Cycle Charting and Journal Booklet

This booklet is meant to be used after reading Understanding Me-Marvels of Menstruation Cycle booklet. It contains information on the awareness of her menstrual cycle, how to honor it and the phases it will include each cycle. It discusses how to chart your cycle as well as journal the fluctuations to recognize patterns unique to each woman. It contains pages to chart for 6 months and journal pages with cycle prayers to reflect on during each phase.
