Understanding Me Marvels of the Menstrual Cycle Booklet

This booklet is meant to be used as a guide for conversations on menstruation between a mother and daughter.  Grandmothers, aunts, sisters and other family females can also help a girl understand the amazing opportunities to honor her femininity. It contains information as a guide for conversations about body maturation, puberty, menstruation, understanding the dignity of being a woman and awareness of the menstrual cycle and its phases. When discussing each phase, this booklet gives information on physical experience, relational and emotional experience and how to honor each phase in her cycle.
